I was very happy with the technician who came to the house to check the heating system. He was very courteous and we are happy that we have the Gold Rescue Membership with Jon Wayne.
The tech checked the equipment and took his time to make sure everything was working properly. We have 2 annual checkups a year for air conditioning and heating tune-ups. He completed the tune-up and asked if I had any questions, completed the work and signed the invoice.
