"Everyone my wife and I dealt with from Jon Wayne Heating and Air Conditioning impressed us with their professionalism and dedication to excellence – from our sales advisor, Aaron, who tested and measured our old system and calculated what we needed to lower our utility bills and improve our home’s air quality…to the ladies who answered the phone pleasantly and courteously…to Robert in billing who ensured we got the proper CPS rebate…to the installers and technicians who carefully installed and painstakingly checked the new equipment and ductwork to ensure they were operating at peak efficiency.

The installers took extra steps to keep our home clean despite the mess that occurs when replacing old equipment with new equipment. They laid down tarps across the floors, wore paper booties when coming from outside, and carefully vacuumed the debris after installing new return air ducts.

We’ve never experienced such attention to quality by a vendor. For instance, to ensure our newly installed system met or exceeded all energy efficiency standards, quality inspectors came on two separate occasions after the installation to test and measure the equipment, ductwork, and even recommended installing an extra return air vent at no cost. They wanted to ensure everything was installed correctly and operating at peak efficiency.

Customer service reps also made follow-up phone calls to ask if we were completely satisfied with our new Ultimate Comfort System. And, when we reported that our air purification system didn’t appear to be working after an electrical outage, they dispatched a technician to our home within two hours. Now that’s service!

Our unit works like a champ! Our home now cools and heats quickly and efficiently…unlike our old system which ran for hours to cool and heat."

"We called Blackmon Mooring to have our ducts cleaned.  They recommended we have them replaced.  They said if we wanted it done right to call Jon Wayne.  We did.  Tim came out.  Who knew Dabney Coleman worked at Jon Wayne!  Tim was polite, friendly and very courteous.  He explained in easy terms what we needed to replace our ducts and we trusted him and went with his suggestion.  2 years ago we had Aramendia come out and replace our air conditioner.  I wish we would have called Jon Wayne first.  Night and day between the profesionalism of the people and company.  The install crew came out and were very professional, they introduced themselves to us, and worked very hard all day.  Dustin, Cody, Tim, Jordan and Randy all impressed us.  Dustin was very knowledgeable and we could tell he cared about doing a good job. Just outstanding teamwork the whole day.  
 
We are extremely happy with everything that Jon Wayne has done for us.  Tim was the first representative of Jon Wayne and he set the standard and all the others followed.  August and Jonhnny came out and they were also very professional.  It was nice seeing that even the owners son comes out to job sites and works just like the others.   Just a bunch of perfectionists at Jon Wayne.  Please thank everyone for an awesome job.  We have had bad experiences in the past and feel very blessed to have Jon Wayne take care of us."

"Jeff, Dustin and Jake recently replaced our inside and outside A/C heat pump system with a Bryant 2 stage Prestige Collection Varialbe Speed Upflow Airhandler and matching outstide 2 speed unit.

I'm 67 years old and have had various companies service my A/C over the years.  These 3 gentlemen were undoubtedly the most efficient, knowledgeable, hard working and courteous techs we have ever encountered.  They patiently answered our many questions in a way that WE could understand.  Though it was extremely hot, they never slowed their pace.  If one of them had a question about the system set-up, the other tech would explain the proper procedure to him in a kind and helpful way.  Never once did I heard either of them 'bad mouth' the other.

All 3 are obviously dedicated to the Jon Wayne company and told us of several charitable good works performed by the company leadership, and from our conversation, it is obvious that the 'company' is "there" for the employees.

Because of these 3 techs we will gladly recommend the Jon Wayne company to any and all of our family and friends.

"We purchased a central air and heat pump system last week to replace a 20 year old unit. Joe met with us the evening we called and, based on the expert information he provided, we made the decision to go with Jon Wayne, and the system was completely installed the next day.  A good bit of complicated construction was required so that the new equipment could fit into the space available, and Shaon and his team did a superb job.  Of all the crews who have worked at our home over the last 20 years, the team from Jon Wayne was absolutely the most professional.  The technicians worked straight through until the job was complete.  They had everything they needed on their trucks (which hasn't always been the case in the past with other contractors).  We are very pleased with the work done, the warranties provided, and the resulting "high tech" cool air in our home.  Thank you for responding so quickly and so professionally."

"My heating unit went out on a weekend and I was extremely cold and out of sorts. I called Jon Wayne, they sent technicians to address the problem. The service was done promptly, efficiently, and correctly. They did more for me than I expected or asked. They were considerate and thoughtful. Everything they did was explained fully and I was shown the parts that needed replacement and told why. I must say there is no one who would have given the service they did when I needed it the most. I can say that they deserve the highest recommendation which I would give them without hesitation."

 

 




 
Our home is modest compared to today's market but we were treated with the utmost care and respect. The technicians upon installment were quick and precise with every detail. They answered our every question. On the follow up, the tech that was sent out was polite and courteous. Solved our problem and even explained how to set our thermostat.
