"We called Blackmon Mooring to have our ducts cleaned. They recommended we have them replaced. They said if we wanted it done right to call Jon Wayne. We did. Tim came out. Who knew Dabney Coleman worked at Jon Wayne! Tim was polite, friendly, and very courteous. He explained in easy terms what we needed to replace our ducts and we trusted him and went with his suggestion. 2 years ago we had (another company) come out and replace our air conditioner. I wish we would have called Jon Wayne first. Night and day between the professionalism of the people and the company. The install crew came out and were very processional, they introduced themselves to us, and worked very hard all day. Dustin, Cody, Tim, Jordan and Randy all impressed us. Dustin was very knowledgeable and we could tell he cared about doing a good job. Just outstanding teamwork the whole day. We are extremely happy with everything that Jon Wayne has done for us. Tim was the first representative of Jon Wayne and he set the standard and all the others followed. August and Jonny came out and they were also very professional. It was nice seeing that even the owners son comes out to the job sites and works just like the others. Just a bunch of perfectionists at Jon Wayne. Please thank everyone for an awesome job. We have had bad experiences in the past and feel very blessed to have Jon Wayne take care of us."

"We had several local companies come out with us having problems with our relatively new AC unit. None of the other 4 companies resolved our issue and wanted and over priced fees for what they performed. they left us with an overcharged system with the wrong refrigerant. The tech from John Wayne service was courteous professional and did good work. We are now not having any problems as we did when the other 4 companies had come by. I would highly recommend them."

"I want to say the customer service from the start when Richard came out to give me estimate on a new untit until Joel & Steve finihed up on with the installation on Friday evening was beyond all my expetations. "The crew was excellent and the three men worked together exceptional well. They were very professional in everything they did. I was trying to put up two lights outside my garage and they assisted me when I needed help. I also want to thank them again for bringing the XMAS tree down from the attic for me, which would have been almost impossible for me to do by myself. "Everyone was very imformative and professional through out the whole experience. At first I felt the price was a bit high, but then we got into the warranties and service contracts and I realized that Jon Wayne was offering a much better product than their competitors.

I was very pleased with their response time.  The new system actually exceeds what I expected.  The airflow through out the house has increased and I was amazed by the programmable thermostat's features.  I also like the new UV light that is reducing mold in my system.

"Words cannot express how pleased I am with the service I received. You should be proud of your crew as they are top notch in my opinion. With all the major work we had done, your crew finished in the time-frame that was promised and left everything so clean when the job was done it's almost shocking!
