I was skeptical about buying a new system because I thought they would try to "over sell" a unit; suggesting one too big or too expensive. After their assessment, they determined that I needed just a slightly bigger model to obtain the affects I wanted. They were very professional and timely with installation, paying extreme attention to detail. I cannot be happier with my unit. It cools quickly and quietly and so far has exceded all of my expectations. Thank you Jon Wayne for making me a believer!!! (Read full review)

I have been a loyal customer of ______ ______ _______ Company for the past 15 years. I have rental property all over the San Antonio area and I have used them exclusively - until now. I had a situation at a rental property... that he would have it installed that evening - staying late to get the unit up and running and making my renter very happy - which pleased me very much as well. I could sum up the quality of work and service in one word, Awesome. But that's not enough. Jon Wayne cares about their customers concerns and is willing to take the extra initiative to ensure satisfaction. This company is a complete package, professional, courteous, and dedicated. With the vast amount of Heating and Air Companies in the surrounding area its difficult to recognize the best. I can recommend from experience that disappointment will not come... (Read full review)
